Education and exercise through game based focused exercises.
Timing: Friday mornings 10:00-11:30am

HUR Program
Let's Get Stronger – exercise with our specially designed HUR equipment (machines utilising air pressure resistance for strength training).
Timing: Thursday mornings 10:30-11:30am, 12:00-1:00pm, or 1:00-2:00pm
Cost: $83 per session – paid from your home care package, CHSP: $22.50 per session
